Commercial Buildouts in Middle Tennessee
Your business depends on how the space works
The finished space should help employees do their work, customers feel welcome and the business operate as intended. For a new tenant space, retail renovation or office buildout, the construction plan needs to account for much more than finishes: schedules, access, existing conditions, drawings and work performed by several trades in the same area.
Elevation Builders LLC reviews commercial construction opportunities in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood, Woodbury and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. We start by understanding the building, intended use and project requirements, then define the construction scope before committing to a schedule or price.
One construction plan, clearly defined scopes
Depending on drawings and the site, work may include selective demolition, framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile (ACT), floor preparation, flooring, storefront/glazing, doors and hardware, carpentry, fixtures, painting and concrete restoration. Electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other regulated specialty work are performed by qualified and appropriately licensed subcontractors where required.
We review access restrictions, owner-furnished materials, site conditions, trade interfaces, inspections and work-hour requirements. The proposal documents inclusions, exclusions and assumptions so each party can understand what is covered. When conditions change, we bring the issue forward rather than let uncertainty become a surprise.
